Memorial Weekend Fun

This long weekend was beautiful outside! I had the pleasure of meeting Heather, Rachel, Logan, Lenox and Joshua and the zoo for fun, animals and of course photos! Their family is beautiful and Lily had so much fun playing tag with the kids that she was exhausted by the end of the day.

Well Hello Evan!

Today, I photographed a 12 day-old baby boy named Evan. His sweet mommy Megan even let me bundle him up just as the stork delivered him! Evan's big brother Sean was out playing with his daddy for this session, but I hope to show some photos of them together soon. Thanks Megan for a lovely afternoon with your sweet baby boy. Close Call with Melissa...

Melissa and I had so much fun on Saturday taking her secret boudoir photo session that we almost lost track of time. Just as I was getting in my car, I saw her fiance Derrick walk right past me! If I had stayed just 2 or 3 minutes longer, Melissa's secret might have been ruined. I'm so glad to have met her - she was so sweet! Here are a few of my favorites from the day, thanks for a great session Melissa!

Every day is "V" day

This past February, I had the great opportunity to donate my photography services to NCJW's production of The Vagina Monologues. A few of the photos I took are featured in their Spring Newsletter . If you're not familiar with Eve Ensler's Vagina Monologues, take a moment to read about this amazing woman and this extremely important cause. If you have a cause that you hold dear, please let me know about it. I'm always looking for opportunities to donate my services.

Visiting Santa in May?!

My daughter Lily is constantly being asked to model for me, but last weekend she was asked to be an actual model! Jennifer of RedFishBlueFish Photography and I have recently gotten acquainted and her company was hired to take the promotional photos for Arthur and Associates' Santa photo business. For those of you that know Lily, she is full of spunk and doesn't fear much in this world. She is PETRIFIED of Santa however and displayed that promptly upon our arrival. Rest assured, she recovered quickly, but Jennifer was kind enough to send me a couple of the choice photos to share with all of you. Happy Holidays to you (7 months early!)
